Delete your CoachLoop account.
You can start a secure deletion request from the mobile app. We require a signed-in session so another person cannot request deletion for you.

Open CoachLoop and sign in to the account you want deleted.

Players: open Settings, then choose Delete account. Coaches: open Settings, choose Account, then choose Delete account.

Review the impact and submit the request. You can cancel while the request is still pending.
What is deleted
Within 30 days we delete your sign-in, account profile and notification tokens, cancel any subscription you pay for, remove your name, phone number and photo from each coaching organization, and delete your journal entries, your practice records and the swing videos that are not part of a coach’s review. Messages you sent, lesson bookings, reviews of your swings (with the swing videos they were made from) and a coach’s notes about you stay with the other person, under the name “Deleted user”, unless you ask us to delete the messages and reviews too. Payment records are kept for 7 years, and security records and reports of messages as long as needed, as our Privacy Policy explains.
